■Regarding Product Sales

  • Available Quantities
    There is no limit to the maximum quantity of items you can order.

  • Payment Method
    Credit card payment is available.
    Your card payment will be processed after your order is shipped.
    My website is based in Japan, therefore, your billing settlement will be processed in Japanese Yen.
    The total amount for your payment will be calculated at the current exchange rate at the time the shipment is completed.

  • Additional Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees from Japan are required.

  • Item Delivery Time

    All orders are made-to-order and production starts after each order has been confirmed.

    Production usually takes between two weeks to one month, and may take longer depending on my order situation. Thank you for understanding.


  • Regarding Defective Goods
    Please contact me if any items are defective and I will be happy to work to resolve the issue. I can not take responsibility for items damaged during shipping.

■Method of Shipping

Shipping can be done by either Economy Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Please see below for details. 

Economy Air Mail

Economy Air Mail costs 1,500 yen.

Delivery by Economy Air Mail takes approximately 2 weeks.

You can check the delivery status of your order by using the tracking service. 
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox.

There is no compensation for damages.

If your order total exceeds 8000 yen, shipping is FREE.

■About Defective Products and Broken Items

  • If an item is defective, I will send a replacement item.

  • In this case, please contact me by e-mail with an attached picture that shows the defective area of the item.
